How To Return An Item
If the return is due to defective products, inaccurate product descriptions, or an incorrect order, contact BERG Toys to initiate the return. In these cases, you may be compensated for the return shipping.

30 Day Return Policy
Changed your mind? If you aren't delighted with your purchase, you can return a product within 30 days and we will happily refund the purchase price.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 30 of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) and the same form as the original payment type.

A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive defective merchandise, please contact BERG Toys for assistance. We encourage you to test your product within 2 days of receipt so we can quickly remedy any mechanical problems. If you think your product is defective, don't worry. In most cases, it's a simple issue that can be resolved over the phone.
You are also welcome to contact the manufacturer's customer service departments. They have expert technicians standing by to help solve your issue. Please have your model number and serial number available for fastest service.
Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.
